FIFA 17, the latest installment from EA Sports is scheduled for a release on September 29, but images online have revealed the player ratings of Premier League giants Manchester United.

The new game boasts about better gameplay, true-to-life graphics and of course the updated squad for all the clubs. Hold your breath Man Utd fans – the updated players ratings of the Red Devil’s first team have been leaked online.

Over the last three years, the Man Utd fans have witnessed average squad strength while playing FIFA 17 but Mourinho’s arrival spurred the transfer business for the Red Devils as they landed four big guns – Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Man Utd Squad – Player Ratings As Per Images Leaked Online

David de Gea (91) – Pundits consider him among the best goalkeepers in the world till date and FIFA 17 shares the same opinion as they have handed him a rating of 91 – same as Manuel Neuer. People playing the game is expected to go gaga over signing de Gea in their team.

Matteo Darmian (81) – The Italian defender has been higly linked with a summer move to Napoli or Roma, but the leaked images show that the talented defender has bagged a decent rating.

Chris Smalling (85) – The English centre-back was at his best for Man Utd last season but FIFA 17 thinks that he needs to be consistent in order to reach the top 90’s.

Eric Bailly (82) – The new Man Utd man has impressed from the very beginning of the season and is expected to play a pivotal role in anchoring the Red Devils defence. You might agree that a rating of 82 perfectly suits the technically gifted defender.

Luke Shaw (80) – A player with huge potential, but he missed almost the entire last season due to a broken leg. His injury might be the reason, why he just touched 80 in the latest ratings of FIFA 17.

Bastian Schweinsteiger (86) – The legendry German defender has been demoted to the reserve team by Mourinho as he doesn’t fit in his plans for the new season. You might agree with FIFA 17’s latest rating for the German – as the player has reached the fag end of his career.

Paul Pogba (87) – Man Utd’s 110m signing Paul Pogba has received a huge boost in the ratings due to his incredible form at Juventus for the past few seasons. The most expensive player in the world is expected to take Man Utd to the top again. His rating in FIFA 12 was 55! Can you believe that?

Henrikh Mkhitaryan (87) – With a rating of 87, the former Borussia Dortmund star is expected to grab a million FIFA 17 fans. His pace, accuracy and dribbling skills have been appreciated by all and sundry, during his successful stint at Dortmund.

Wayne Rooney (86) – Switching from a striking role to that of a midfielder for England, Wayne Rooney has been able to hold on to a decent rating of 86 – in the game at least. He has drawn huge criticism from fans after a recent dip in form. However, the Man Utd captain has started the new season on a positive note after scoring from a well-placed header in the league opener against Bournemouth.

Anthony Martial (82) – Man Utd’s young French forward has earned huge accolades for his incredible first season at Old Trafford and FIFA 17 decided to reward him with a rating of 82.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (90) – The flying Swede has bagged has held onto to his bumper rating after his successful stint with PSG over the last few seasons. The new Man Utd hit-man has already impressed his fans by scoring an absolute stunner in his Premier League debut.

Marcus Rashford bagged a 76, Jesse Lingard and Ashley Young are on 79, and Ander Herrera on 82.

The latest instalment from EA Sports introduces a new ‘Journey Mode’, which features a fictional character, Alex Hunter, getting his big break with Manchester United and making his way in the Premier League.

The FIFA 17 trailer showcases Hunter’s life, both on and off the pitch, showing scenes from player-manager meetings, agents, showing off his new apartment and in the dressing room before games.

They also announced FIFA 17 will be powered by the Frostbite game engine, in order to deliver authentic and true-to-life action.

“Frostbite unlocks a whole new world of possibilities for the FIFA franchise and its fans,” said David Rutter, VP and Executive Producer.
