AS Monaco Reject £69m Man Utd Bid For Teen Sensation Kylian Mbappe

Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco have now rejected Manchester United’s whooping £69million for teen sensation Kylian Mbappe.

The 18-year-old striker has displayed incredible form this season and has drawn huge interest from top-flight European clubs.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been the main upfront for Manchester United this season but now the Red Devils bosses are now in search of a talented striker, who could solve problems in United’s attack.

Zlatan is yet to agree a contract extension at Old Trafford – leaving Mourinho with options like Rashford, Lingard and Martial.

And after monitoring Mbappe’s red-hot form this season, it is believed that Mourinho is keen on roping in the services of the talented youngster.

And according to the Spanish media, Man Utd were the first club to make a huge offer for the rising star.

Mbappe has also been under the radar of La Liga giants Real Madrid this season but now the Monaco hierarchy are keen on holding on to their teen sensation.

The pacey youngster has been compared with Arsenal legend Thierry Henry – and already has 17 goals to his name this season.

And Mbappe is all geared up for his France debut in either the World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg on Saturday or the friendly clash with Spain on Tuesday.

However, Foottheball sources have revealed that the French club could now demand an astronomical transfer fee of a £129m fee from Premier League giants Man Utd, who have already broken the world transfer record by roping in Paul Pogba from Juventus for £89m last summer.
