Liverpool Star Mo Slah Leads 29-Man Egypt World Cup Squad

Egypt national team manager Héctor Cúper has announced the 29-man squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

The provisional squad includes Major League Soccer’s Amro Tarek and Omar Gaber and along with Arsenal’s Mohamed Elneny despite his ongoing battle with an ankle injury.

أعلن المهندس إيهاب لهيطة، مدير المنتخب الوطني، أسماء 29 لاعبا وقع عليهم اختيار الجهاز الفني، بقيادة الأرجنتيني كوبر، للانضمام للمعسكر المقبل استعدادًا لنهائيات كأس العالم روسيا 2018، ويتخلله اداء ثلاث مباريات رسمية ودية مع الكويت يوم 25 مايو الجارى بالكويت وومع كولومبيا بمدينة بيرجامو الايطالية يوم 1 يونيو ومع بلجيكا بمدينة بروكسل يوم 6 يونيو. وصرح مدير المنتخب ان المعسكر سيبدا بمران مفتوح بمشروع الهدف يوم 22 مايو ثم اداء المران الثانى عصر يوم 23 مايو قبل السفر الى الكويت فى الساعة التاسعة مساء

Egypt qualified for the World Cup for the first time since 1990. The team will play in Group A along with hosts Russia, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
