NICE Attacks: Football Unites To Mourn Disgraceful Terror Attack

The world is going through a major terror crisis, with one attack followed by other in what has become a chain-cycle.

France was yet again attacked by ISIS on thursday night when an attacker ran a lorry over a crowd of people in Nice, France, who were celebrating Bastille Day.

Over 80 people have been killed in the brutal attack.

The football community has come out unanimously in support and solidarity with the families of victims and the people of France.

“Re​​al Madrid C. F. is deeply saddened by the attack carried out in Nice and wishes to express its support for the victims, their families and all of the French people,” a ​statement from the Bernabeu read.

Oliver Giroud tweeted “​​All my most sincere thoughts to the victims, their families and witnesses yesterday of the new act and terrible experiences in Nice.”

Olympique Marseille tweeted, “All our thoughts, our affection and our solidarity to the victims, their families and their loved ones face this terrible attack.”
