Stoke City Signs Spanish Midfielder Sergio Molina From Real Madrid

Sergio Molina Joins Stokes City From Real MadridEnglish football club Stoke City has officially announced the signing of young Spanish midfielder Sergio Molina from Spanish giants Real Madrid until June 2018.

The 19-year-old Molina joined Real Madrid at age 9 and has captained all Real Madrid teams from Under-10 to Under-19 over the years, reports Efe.

The Spaniard, who signed a three-year contract, will be part of the under-21 Stoke City team, the club said in a statement published on its website on Wednesday.

Last season, Molina played six matches in the UEFA Youth League with Real Madrid, a competition in which he scored two goals.

On the English team, the player will meet four of his countrymen – attackers Joselu and Bojan Krikic, midfielder Moha El Ouriachi and defender Marc Muniesa.
