Alexis Sanchez has been heavily linked with a move away from the Premier League with Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain reportedly keen to sign him in January as Manchester City are now not willing to spend money to secure the Chilean’s signatures.
The Chilean has entered the final ten months of his contract with the Gunners and it is understood that the former Barcelona player will not put pen to paper on a new deal at Arsenal.
Sources close to the player revealed that Sanchez has made up his mind and will not stay at Arsenal.
Man City are confident of roping in Sanchez despite having failing to land him on a mega £60m bid on deadline day as Arsenal refused to sell their key player after transfer target Thomas Lemar turned down a £90m move to the Emirates.
Arsenal made a huge blunder by not letting Sanchez to join Man City during the transfer window as it understood that the Chilean’s market value will go down in January.
Man City were not willing to spend anything more than £20m on the Chilean, who will be out of contract next summer.
But now the Etihad bosses have realised that they could land Sanchez for free next summer.

El Gol Digital claim that Man City boss Pep Guardiola is aware that they could miss out on Sanchez by not launching a bid for him in January but the City bosses are ready to wait.
And this will now boost PSG’s chances of snapping up Sanchez with reports claiming that the Ligue 1 side are planning to launch a £26.5million offer to rope in the Chilean in Janaury.
Sources close to the North London club have told FootTheBall that Arsenal would opt to accept the cash for Sanchez in January rather than losing the former Barca on a free next summer.
