Manolo Gabbiadini has been highly linked with a summer move to Fiorentina and sources claim that Napoli have already held talks with Fiorentina bosses regarding the striker’s departure in an anticipated swap deal which includes Nikola Kalinic.

Gabbiadini joined Napoli from Sampdoria in 2014 and has 20 goals to his name in 60 appearances. Recent reports claim that the player’s agent has travelled to Merseyside in order to negotiate a potential deal.

Ronald KoemanNew Everton manager Ronald Koeman is desperate to make an immediate impact this season and it is believed that the former Southampton manager is still in the hunt for another striker to add more depth to his attack.

Gabbiadini’s preferred position is to play wide from the right but it is believed that the talented striker is able to play in any of the positions up front.

Gabbiadini lacked game time at Napoli last season and it is believed that a move to Everton this summer would offer him much more first team action.

“There’s no interest,” said Koeman when asked about Hart’s anticipated move to Goodison Park this summer.

When asked whether a high asking price or the wage demand was preventing a deal from happening, Koeman said: “No…no.”
