German winger Julian Draxler has hinted to leave Wofsburg in the January transfer window alerting the likes of Arsenal and Paris Saint Germain.
Julian Draxler has made it clear that he would prefer a move to the French capital rather than joining Frenchman Arsene Wenger’s side who play in the Premier league.
It is believed that Draxler had a chat with compatriot Kevin Trapp about his eagerness to join him at Paris Saint Germain.
They have a good chance of landing their man should they make a serious play in January, with a deal expected to cost between €30 million and €40 million.
After being booed by his own fans, the 23 year old insisted: “I don’t think I need to tell anybody what [being booed] does to a person – it certainly doesn’t help you.”
“There’s no doubt it makes it hard for you to perform on the field.”
“I can understand the fans, though. They have every right to do that. I said in the summer the way I feel and I stand by that.”
Will Arsene Wenger slip out to sign his long time transfer target Julian Draxler in January?
