Man Utd Willing To Pay £180M To Beat Real Madrid To Tottenham Star Dele Alli

Premier League giants Manchester United are ready to break the bank to rope in Tottenham star Dele Alli next summer, according to reports in Spain.

Defending La Liga champions Real Madrid have also shown huge interest in the attacking midfielder.

Alli has displayed sensational form for Spurs over the course of the last few seasons and has now emerged as one of the most sought after players in the world.

And now Alli could be at the centre of a bidding war between Europe’s elite clubs who are keen to secure the services of the Three Lions star.

The Red Devils splurged almost £150million to rope in Romelu Lukaku, Victor Lindelof and Nemanja Matic in the summer.

Mourinho also wanted to sign one more wide player during the summer transfer window to provide competition for Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Juan Mata. He had identified Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic as his top target but Man Utd failed to push through the deal for the Croatian winger.

According to Spanish website Don Balon, the Man Utd bosses are willing to splurge around £180m fro roping in Alli.

Meanwhile, Dele Alli has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid in the recent weeks.

The English star had scored an incredible brace in Tottenham’s 3-1 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League and since then he has caught the attention of Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane, who is now desperate to land him at the Bernabeu.

Spurs have had made it clear that they will not sell Alli but it is believed that club chairman Daniel Levy would find it difficult to turn down such a big offer from Man Utd.

Real Madrid’s arch rivals Barcelona are also monitoring the availability of Alli, according to reports.

And only time will tell who will the race for Alli’s signatures and whehther the Three Lions star will stay put in North London next summer.
