Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has mixed injury news as his side prepares for their must-win game at home to Valencia on Sunday afternoon.
A point behind FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in the race for the BBVA Primera Liga title with just two games left to play, Real will almost certainly need a win on Sunday to keep their title hopes alive in the last round of matches on May 15th.
However, Real Madrid will be without the services of Gareth Bale in the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The Welshman, whose deflected cross was enough to book Real a place in the Champions League final on Wednesday night, twisted his knee in the game and will have to rest for the next four or five days.
Goalkeeper Keylor Navas also looks set to miss out on Sunday as the Costa Rican is struggling with an injury to his Achilles tendon on his left foot and will probably be replaced by Kiko Casilla.
It was not all bad news for Zidane on Friday, however, as striker Karim Benzema and midfielder Casimiro were both able to train with the full squad after missing the 1-0 win at home to Manchester City with slight muscle problems.
