Jose Mourinho has already started preparing for the 2016/17 campaign as the Portuguese coach is looking to sign three top players for his new club.
The 53 year old has made Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba his prime target, after the French wonderboy was “informally” placed on the transfer list by the bianconeri’s.
Pogba is being chased by some of Europe’s top clubs including the likes of Chelsea, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester City.
Pogba started his professional career with the Old Trafford club but left the club as he felt he was not getting enough first team opportunities by then club manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
The lack of first team action led to a fall out between the French international’s agent and Sir Alex.
Pogba was then signed by Juventus on a free transfer and has since won four Seria A titles and a Champions League runners-up medal.
Pogba has since become one of Europe’s most sought after player, his dribbling and passing is impeccable. The midfield maestro completed 102 dribbles in the 2015/16 season.
United are said to be the front runners for his signature, even though clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid have been chasing the prolific midfielder for over a year now, as United have been in touch with the players agent Mino Raiola.
Raiola is also the manager of another United bound superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Barcelona will also be affected by their financial crisis, and Jose Mourinho and Manchester United will be looking to seal the deal quickly.
