Real Madrid Join Arsenal, Bayern Munich & Chelsea In Race For Celtic Striker Moussa Dembele

Published on:

La Liga giants Real Madrid have joined top-flight Premier League clubs in the race to rope in the services of Celtic superstar Moussa Dembele.

Foottheball sources claim that the Real Mardrid bosses have identified Moussa Dembele as their main target for the upcoming summer transfer window and the La Liga giants have now enquired about the player’s availability and are keeping close tabs on the 20-year-old attacker.

Top Premier League clubs Arsenal, Chelsea and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also keen on securing the services of the former Fulham star, who has displayed incredible form this season with 27 goals to his name in all competitions.

Previously, Chelsea had shown huge interest in the Celtic star in January but they gave up the chase after the Scottish club demanded a whopping asking price of £40million for their star player.

West Ham were also keen on roping in Dembele but they saw their bid rejected by the Celtic bosses.

There were rumours during the January transfer window that Dembele would make switch to Premier League club Chelsea when he was spotted in London on transfer deadline day.

Arsenal look forward to bolster their attack and have now identified the 20-year-old striker as their main target.

Dembele scored again in their 2-0 win over Motherwell on Saturday and it is believed that it would excite his potential suitors.

Dembele scored the opener for Celtic from a penalty in the 34th minute and James Forrest doubled the lead seven minutes later. And this brings his tally to seven goals in his last three games.

Dembele had joined the Scottish club Celtic from Fulham last season and now it is believed that he would opt to test new waters after proving his mettle under Brendan Rodgers this season.
