Real Madrid To Offer Alvaro Morata In A £75m Swap Deal To Bring Eden Hazard From Chelsea

Published on:

Real Madrid are keen on bringing Eden Hazard to the club this summer and it is believed that the Spanish giants are all geared up to place a bid of £40m for the Belgian striker. Foottheball sources reveal that the deal would see Madrid striker Alvaro Morata joining the Blues in exchange for Hazard this summer.

Foottheball sources confirm that Real Madrid are willing to offer £40m in cash and also Alvaro Morata whose market value is believed to be in the region of £35m, for securing the services of the Chelsea hitman this summer.

The news broke in after Hazard received the man of the match for his incredible performance for Belgium in the last 16 encounter against Hungary in Euro 2016.

Hazard played a pivotal role, scoring one goal and setting up another for Michy Batshuayi. He had his best game ever for Belgium as he ran the Hungarian defence ragged in the first-half followed by a more dominant performance after the break. It is believed that the Belgian star has a huge liking for the present Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, which makes the offer more exciting for the Chelsea man.

Morata has been under Chelsea’s radar this summer and it is believed that their interest in the Spanish striker have not faded despite signing Michy Batshuayi from Marseille. From a tactical point of view, Conte is believed to adopt the 3-5-2 formation, which will allow the Italian coach to fit in both the strikers in the upcoming season.

The Mirror reported that the West London club is confident that Hazard can hold on to his recent form in the upcoming Premier League Season and brush off all the criticism for a below-par performance in Chelsea’s disappointing league campaign last season.

However, critics believe that a £40m offer along with the additional option of Morata in exchange can tempt the Blues into selling Hazard this summer.

Another possibility could arise if Chelsea decides against going for Morata. It is believed that Real Madrid would play the Rodriguez card if situation demands. James Rodriguez has been linked with a move to Premier League this summer and Foottheball sources also confirm that the Spanish giants are keen on selling him in the upcoming transfer window.
