Tunisia coach Nabil Maaloul has announced a preliminary 29-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™.
Attacking maestro Youssef Msakni, who picked up a serious knee injury in April, did not find a place in the squad. All hopes rest on Rennes’ Wahbi Khazri, who is the only player to have reached double figures in goals for the national team in the selection.
All squads are provisional until the final list of 23 players is announced by FIFA, following their submission by participating teams, on 4 June.
