Reports suggest that Barcelona’s final bid of £148million for the Brazilian star has been accepted by Liverpool.

The Catalan giants have been desperate to rope in Coutinho after losing his international team-mate Neymar to Barcelona on a world-record £198m move.

Coutinho has handed in a transfer request and is yet to play a game for Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool this season due to a back injury.

But shockingly, he has been declared fit for Brazil’s World Cup qualifiers against Ecuador and Colombia.
