Rumours about his move to Milan have intensified after Sky Italia (h/t Football Italia)stated the deal is almost complete, with some minute details due to be finalised.
Earlier, Marcus Christenson and Fabrizio Romano of the Guardian had claimed that the Italian centre-back has held advanced talks with Milan and is on the verge of signing a deal before the weekend.
Christenson and Romano reported that Bonucci’s relationship with Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri over the course of the last season following several bust-ups and the Italian defender is now ready to test new waters.
FootTheBall sources reveal that the 30-year-old centre-back has already agreed to personal terms with Milan and his agent Alessandro Lucci told Sportitalia that negotiations over the move is in the final stages.
Sources reveal that Milan will pay a fee of around £32.5million – and this has shocked everyone as the transfer fee is too low for a player who is regarded as one of the best defenders in the world and having penned a new contract with the Old Lady just last season.
If Juve were to sell Bonucci to Milan, it’d be one of the most bizarre transfers in world football recently. Talk about a pendulum swing

Bonucci started his career at Inter Milan as a youngster before rising through the ranks to earn a call-up in the senior team. Later he moved on to Juventus in 2010 and proves his class to earn a legendary status.
He went on to win six Serie A titles, three Coppa Italia trophies and three Supercoppa Italiana with the Old Lady over the course of seven years.
It is understood that he will disappoint fans of two different clubs by joining arch rivals AC Milan this summer.
According to reports, Bonucci is happy with life in Italy and has rubbished all rumours linking him with a move to either Chelsea or Manchester City.
This explains why Milan might succeed in roping him in for such a relatively small fee.
Excuses & rationale for selling Bonucci everywhere, all completely misplaced. Losing him would be an inexcusable mistake, punto e basta!

His agent has held advanced talks with Milan and it is believed that Bonucci is set to become a Milan player by the end of the week.
Juventus have loads of young talent, who can step into his shoes but losing the world-class defender would still be a huge blow up on the face.
