Chelsea star Cesc Fabregas announced on Instagram that his wife Daniella Semaan is pregnant with their third child.

The Blues play-maker posted a picture of the sonogram on Instagram as the couple are set to welcome a baby boy.Cesc fabregas

Cesc and Daniella are proud fathers to two girls Lia and Capri.
