Bacca scored the first for Colombia with a decisive header into the back of the net from an inswinging Rodriguez corner.
Rodriguez fired low into the bottom corner with his left foot to double the lead for Colombia in the 30th minute.

Ayala pulled one back for Paraguay in the 71st minute. He picked up the ball well and moved towards the right of the goal before logging a thunderous strike from 25 yards over the head of Ospina into the top corner.

A victory in Tuesday’s clash will confirm Colombia’s advance to the knock-out stage.
On the contrary Paraguay this is a do or die situation and they would be desperate to clinch a victory against Colombia after a goalless draw against Costa Rica in their opening game.
