Inter Milan signed Dutchman Frank De Boer, 46, as the head coach with a three-year contract, the Serie A giants announced on its website on Tuesday.
Inter Milan said De Boer will take charge of the first team training this afternoon.

A club statement read: “F.C. Internazionale Milano confirms that Dutchman Frank de Boer will be unveiled as the Club’s new Head Coach at a press conference today at 14:00 CEST at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti.
“De Boer will join the Nerazzurri on a three-year contract and will take charge of first team training this afternoon. The Dutchman brings with him a wealth of international experience having played at the highest level for both club and country.
“Between 1990 and 2004 De Boer played 112 times and scored 13 goals for the Oranje. At club level for AFC Ajax he lifted five Eredivisie titles, the UEFA Champions League trophy, the UEFA Cup, the UEFA Supercup, and the Intercontinental Cup. He also played for FC Barcelona, Galatasaray S.K. and Rangers F.C. amongst others.”
