Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have already sunk in the Christmas mood after their Merseyside derby win over Ronald Koeman’s Everton. And now the Reds stars gathered for a Christmas party on Tuesday night.
The Liverpool stars and their WAGs gathered for the party at the Formby Hall – decked up in their best attires for the special occasion.
Liverpool’s star forward Roberto Firmino chose to wear a black suit and a flashy bow tie and he took to Instagram and posted a photo wilth his Brazilian teammates Lucas Leiva, Philippe Coutinho and Spanish Alberto Moreno.
One of the fans commented that Coutinho, who sported a pair of round glasses, resembled the famous sci-fi character “Harry Potter”.
The players along with their better halves had a gala time in the end of the year celebrations, which is sure to give the players enough time to recover before they play their next match.
Liverpool will play their next match against Stoke City after Boxing day on December 27.
They headed towards the party after a morning training session on Tuesday.
After clinching a last gasp winner against arch rivals Evrton, Klopp insisted that his players have earned a reason to celebrate.
Klopp said: “We won’t stop. Tomorrow (Tuesday) is our Christmas party and this is the first party we have had after a win.”
Liverpool are now second on the Premier League table, six points behind current league leaders Chelsea.
