Real Madrid Star Gareth Bale Would Snub Man Utd And Chelsea For Stunning Tottenham Return
Bale was heavily linked with a move away from Real Madrid during the summer transfer window – with Manchester United and Chelsea desperate to secure his services.
But the Wales forward opted to stay put at Real Madrid – where a series of injuries have dented his European dream.
According to Spanish website Don Balon, both Manchester United and Chelsea are still interested in snapping him despite missing out on the former Spurs star in August.
Manchester United have still not handed the iconic No7 shirt to any of their players and Mourinho wanted Bale to become his main man at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Chelsea had shown huge interest in Bale in order to replace Eden Hazard, who reportedly wants to make a switch to Real Madrid – with the Los Blancos bosses very much interested to lure away the Belgian to Spain.
But Don Balon claim that Bale would opt to return to Tottenham instead.
Mauricio’s Pochettino’s Spurs shwed their big game ability as they held Spanish giants Real Madrid to an entertaining 1-1 draw at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday night.
Bale could not feature in the high-octane clash through injury and watched his former club battling neck-to-neck with Zinedine Zidane’s Real Madrid.
Pochettino has revolutionised football at Spurs and players like Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen have emerged as one of the brightest talents in Europe.
Spurs have shown incredible form in the Premier League over the course of the last few seasons and now they fighting toe-to-toe with European giants in the Champions League.
The Welshman reportedly believes that he can contribute to Spurs’ European dream and feels that he owes them a debt for their contribution in making him a global superstar.
In addition to that the North London club is set to welcome a new era with a new stadium in the works.
And as per reports say, Bale is extremely interested in moving back to North London again.
