Conte is eyeing a move for Monaco’s £40m-rated midfield ace Tiemoue Bakayoko – who will form the partnership at the heart of Chelsea’s midfield with N’Golo Kante.
Fabregas has made just 10 starts this season, but has been a regular since the turn of the year.
Milan are eyeing a move for Cesc, but he has rejected the idea of moving away from London.
As for why Fabregas has rejected Milan? Well – it is personal. Cesc likes London, his family are settled and he has a new kid on the way – plus, he has two years left on his contract with Chelsea.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is interested in the services of the former Arsenal star.
With Jose Mourinho also eyeing a re-union with his former star – but Klopp has the advantage of offering Fabregas Champions League football, with the Reds almost set to qualify for the UCL.
