Ibrahimovic to Los Angeles: Has Zlatan’s Clothing Line Leaked A Move To MLS?

Published on:

Swedish legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s clothing brand hinted that the former PSG man is set to move to Los Angeles.

Manchester United released the towering Swede following a serious cruciate ligament injury and now Zlatan will be out of action for several months.

Despite suffering from a career threatening injury, Zlatan has seen many offers knocking his door.

His agent Mino Raiola accentuated that several clubs are keen on securing the signatures of the 35-year-old – including MLS side LA Galaxy and 2018 expansion franchise Los Angeles FC.

And now it seems that the legendary footballer is on the brink to move to the United States, if the clothing line A-Z’s tweet has anything to suggest.

Ibrahimovic’s sportswear company tweeted, “The journey continues,” along with a picture of him that read “Welcome to Los Angeles” in LAFC’s colours.

On their official website, the fashion brand made it clear that they do not have any physical shop, and so it is now believed that Zlatan is set to embark upon a new journey in California.

Zlatan had suffered an anterior cruciate knee injury after landing awkwardly on his knee during the final minutes of Man Utd’s Europa League win over Anderlecht.

The injury forced Man Utd to back out from offering him a contract extension for another year, which now allows him to leave as a free agent.

He proved his class again by netting 28 goals from 46 appearances in all competitions for Mourinho’s side.
