Serie A giants Juventus are eying to rope in Real Madrid right-back Danilo this summer.
The Italian club are desperately searching for a replacement for Dani Alves, who has confirmed on Thursday that he will part ways with the Serie A champions this summer.
Dani Alves has been heavily linked with a move to Manchster City – with Chelsea also keen on securing his signatures.
And now Juventus director Fabio Paratici has held talks with Danilo’s representatives in a bid to finalise a deal before the start of the upcoming season.
The Old Lady hierarchy have launched an initial bid of €15 million plus add-ons, but the Real Madrid bosses are holding out for an offer in the region of €30m for the right-back.
Danilo joined the Los Blancos in 2015 from Porto for a transfer fee of €31.5m but has failed to seal a place in the first-team.
Dani Carvajal has proved his mettle and has sealed his place as Real Madrid’s first-choice right-back. And it is believed that the Los Blancos hierarchy would like to recover the money that he had invested on Danilo after just two seasons.
However, sources close to the player accentuated that the player is happy with his life in Madrid and is not looking for a move away from the Bernabeu.
