PSG Make World-Record €135M Kylian Mbappe Bid

Published on:

Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain are now desperate to rope in Monaco teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe and have launched a world-record bid of over €135 million for the French striker.

The French teenager displayed incredible form as he guided Moncao to Ligue 1 triumph and also helped the club to reach the semi-finals of the Champions League – with 26 goals to his name in all competitions.

And now he is under the radar of top-flight European clubs – with Real Madrid, Arsenal, Manchester United and PSG keen on securing the signatures of the talented youngster this summer.

Mbappe’s incredible form for Monaco has also earned him a place in the France national team and he has left no stone unturned to prove his mettle in the international circuit as well.

Earlier, PSG were not willing to plot a world record offer for the French teenager, but after Antero Henrique took over as their new sporting director earlier this month, their plans have changed. FootTheBall sources also reveal that he even met twice with Mbappe’s dad.

It is known that Mbappe is very happy with life in his hometown and sees the Parc des Princes club as the perfect platform to fulfil his dream to play for Real Madrid. But it seems that he could also opt to stay put at the club that made him a hero.

Monaco have no reasons to offload their prized asset as they are in a comfortable position financially after selling Bernardo Silva to Manchester City. Sources also claim that the Ligue 1 club are looking forward to tie him down on a new deal which will include a hiked wage packet.
