The lovely pair recently confirmed they are expecting third child. In another post, he said, “It’s just impossible to make the 6 of us look to the camera at the same time… I wonder what will happen when we are 7”.

Semaan was previously married to a millionaire businessman, but left as they reportedly were trying for their third child.
