While everyone is raving about Arsenal’s incredible league campaign, there is a silent revolution going on in their youth ranks. The Gunners’ title charge this season has been built on the skill of several youngsters who have been impeccable this season. However, the team has already begun developing another batch of youngsters who will strengthen the club. One of them is 17-year-old right winger Amario Cozier-Duberry.

The teenager has been the talk of the town with his impeccable displays for the youth side and has also been part of several matchday squads for the senior team, which showcases his high ceiling. Duberry’s rise coincides with several peers, such as midfield prodigy Myles Lewis-Skelly, and the 18-year-old defensive wunderkind Brooke Norton-Cuffy

Duberry will also be motivated by the rise of Foalrin Balogun, who is going toe-to-toe with the best goalscorers in Ligue 1.

After being promoted to the under-18s, the teenager would make his debut on May 4, 2021, against Reading. The similarities with Saka doesn’t end there as Duberry also has a knack for making well-timed runs, allowing him to receive the ball from his teammates in a high-scoring position. Duberry also is tough to dispossess off the ball, a skill he uses to significant effect in the attacking third of the pitch.

Amario Cozier-Duberry Arsenal future

Duberry is at least a year or two away from being considered ready enough to before being considered to be prepared for the first time. And Arsenal would want to utilise the talent that they have at their disposal fully.

In addition, Mikel Arteta also has the luxury of promoting a few youngsters into the senior team at a time, given the high competition in the squad. However, there is no space for the too-talented and Duberry with his displays so far showing that he may be a future star for Arsenal.
